• Good Knowledge in Functional / Technical Support for ERP systems.

• Good background in accounting systems.

• Strong problem-solving skills.

• Installing and configuring existing and new systems.

• Identify customer needs.

• Running reports on systems and hardware status.

• Conduct training sessions for new users.

• Help in testing and monitoring the systems.

• Dynamic, Highly Motivated, and Excellent Communication Skills.

• A-Team Player who can Work and take ownership of customer-reported issues.

• Excellent client-facing skills.

• A bachelor’s degree in computer science or relevant field.
