What's the opportunity?

We are looking for a customer service specialist, the aim of the department is to help e-commerce managers generate more revenues through BusinessChat.

Customer service team responsibilities include onboarding new customers, proactively assuring optimal product utilization, in a timely manner supporting incoming requests, and building long-term relationships with High-Value customers.

Responsibilities:

– Improve customer service experience, create engaged customers, and facilitate organic growth

– Take ownership of customers' issues and follow problems through to resolution

– Establish clear client retention goals

– Assist customers with setting up and navigating programs or software

– Promote the value of the product

– Set a clear mission and deploy strategies focused toward that mission

– Adopt and comply with success procedures, policies, and standards

– Keep accurate records and document customer service/ success actions and discussions

Requirements and skills:

– At least 1 year of experience in customer service or sales departments preferably in the software, telecommunications, or major e-commerce player

– Proficiency in English

– Strong client-facing and communication skills

– Advanced troubleshooting and multi-tasking skills
