RA Head, Levant

Job Description

• Member of the Levant leadership team
• Acts as a mentor for Regulatory Affairs Team & assists in coaching and developing team members.
• Manages optimal preparation and submission of new license applications within agreed timeframes and in line with country priorities
• Monitors and influences license progress to expedite and optimize the outcome and from license grant,
• Engages internal stakeholders (local/regional and global) and drive strategic projects/or provide strategic guidance on key projects to create impactful regulatory contribution and support local/global business objectives.

Manages the life cycle maintenance activity/ Safety label changes or leaflet update/license renewal acquisition projects with optimal outcome on compliance KPIS and supply continuity.

• Provides regulatory advice to Corporate and relevant country on all aspects of development and license maintenance activity
• Proactively builds relationships externally (Health Authorities/ distributors, trade associations) and internally ( local/regional/global), and play key role in shaping policies and position NVS as partner of choice.
• Drives efficiency and operational excellence in day to day activities, and ensure optimal use of RA resources to meet/exceed expectation.
• Contributes to build a health work environment in line with NVS values and behavior

Minimum Requirements

• Life Sciences Degree/pharmacy degree
• Master in RA is a plus
• 8-10 years experience of a broad range of regulatory work in the ethical Pharmaceutical industry including leading role as head of department with people management experience.
• Strategic thinking, excellence in execution, change management and agility to operate in a VUCA environment, with excellent communication and engagement skills.
