SDR – Enterprise
We are seeking motivated and goal-oriented Enterprise Sales Development Representative to join our dynamic team in the UAE . As an SDR, you will play a critical role in driving our sales efforts and expanding our customer base for our innovative finance management platform.
Responsibilities:
- Prospecting: Identify and research potential clients within the target market, using various sources and tools.
- Outbound Email: Craft and send compelling and personalized outbound emails to prospects, effectively conveying the value proposition of our finance management platform.
- LinkedIn Automation: Leverage social media platforms, particularly LinkedIn, to engage with prospects, establish connections, and nurture relationships.
- Setting First Appointment: Conduct outbound calls to prospects, engaging them in meaningful conversations, and successfully setting initial appointments for further discussions.
- Taking First Call Alone: Independently handle initial calls with potential clients, understanding their needs and requirements, and effectively articulating how our finance management platform can address their pain points.
- Cold Calling: Initiate cold calls to targeted leads, introducing our finance management platform, and generating interest in scheduling meetings.
- Qualifying: Conduct thorough qualification of leads to ensure alignment with our target market and evaluate their potential as valuable customers.
- Gifting: Utilize creative gifting strategies to foster engagement, build rapport, and increase conversion rates.
- Goal: Collaborate closely with the Account Executive (AE) team and aim to book meetings to pass qualified leads for further sales conversion.
- Experience: Ideally, candidates should have 2-3 years of experience in a similar sales or business development role within the finance or technology industry.
Requirements:
- Proven track record in a sales or business development role, preferably in the finance or technology sector.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to confidently engage with C-level executives and key decision-makers.
- Excellent written communication skills for crafting effective emails and messages.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn automation tools and techniques for effective prospecting.
- Comfortable making cold calls and conducting qualification conversations.
- Highly motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Ability to understand complex financial concepts and articulate them in a clear and concise manner.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and sales automation tools.
