About the job
The Account Manager is responsible for maintaining a thorough knowledge of our business and offerings, managing and strengthening client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and coordinating with internal teams to deliver on client expectations.
The successful candidate will create long-term, trusting relationships with our customers, oversee a portfolio of assigned customers, develop new business from existing clients and actively seek new sales opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Present, promote and sell products/services to existing and prospective customers.
- Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
- Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
- Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, and merchandising techniques.
- Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
- Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments.
- Analyze the market’s potential, track sales and status reports.
- Keep the management informed by submitting reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services to the management.
- Keep updated with the best practices and promotional trends.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Information System or any IT field.
- 0-3 Proven Experience at the same field
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Proficient in all Microsoft office applications including Word, Excel and Outlook and Salesforce software
- Professional English Language.
- Familiarity with office software and phone system.
