Proxidize is looking for a skilled Multimedia Designer with a focus on video editing and animation to work with us in a full-time position. We are a rapidly-growing multinational technology startup with a clientele that varies from boutique companies to Fortune 500s.

Required Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, or a related field.
- Experience: 2-4 years of professional multimedia design experience.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro), 3D modeling tools, and web design technologies.
- Creativity: Strong creative skills with a portfolio showcasing a diverse range of multimedia projects.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to articulate ideas clearly.
- Team Player: Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
- Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
- Adaptability: Flexible and responsive to feedback and changes in direction.
- Video Editing: A strong background in video editing and AE animation
Responsibilities:
- Design and Create Content: Develop and design multimedia content such as videos, animations, graphics, and interactive materials that align with the brand's vision and goals.
- Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with marketing, content, and product teams to ensure a cohesive visual identity across various platforms.
- Manage Projects: Oversee projects from conception to completion, ensuring deadlines are met and quality is maintained.
- Utilize Latest Technology: Stay updated on the latest design trends and tools, and integrate them creatively into various projects.
- Customize Content: Modify and adapt existing graphics, videos, and other media to fit specific needs while maintaining brand consistency.
- User Experience Focus: Design user-centered interfaces and navigation to enhance user experience on websites and mobile applications.
- Quality Assurance: Monitor and ensure the functionality of multimedia components and fix any issues that may arise.
- Compliance: Ensure all multimedia materials comply with legal standards and intellectual property laws.
