Lead Generation Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Generation Specialist to join our team.
As a Lead Generation Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in driving B2B sales growth in the SEA/MENA region. You must possess deep B2B experience delivering concise and compelling pitches. Additionally, exceptional copywriting skills are essential as you will be responsible for crafting effective emails. A strong analytical mindset is also crucial to analyze market trends and identify opportunities.
Responsibilities:

  • Qualifying inbound leads
  • Develop a deep understanding of the B2B market, with a focus on the SEA/MENA region.
  • Deliver clear and impactful sales pitches to prospects, effectively communicating the value of our products/services.
  • Craft compelling and engaging emails to initiate and nurture relationships with potential clients.
  • Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify trends, competition, and potential target segments.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to qualify leads and transition them to the sales pipeline.
  • Keep accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
  • Continuously monitor and optimize sales processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market changes, and competitor activities to adapt sales strategies accordingly.

Qualifications:

  • Extensive experience as a Sales Development Representative, preferably in the B2B sector.
  • Proven track record of success in outbound calling and lead generation.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills, with the ability to deliver concise and compelling sales pitches.
  • Strong copywriting skills to craft impactful emails and written communications.
  • Deep analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities to identify sales opportunities and optimize strategies.
  • Self-motivated and target-driven, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools for efficient lead management.
  • Knowledge of the SEA/MENA market is highly desirable.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic sales environment.
