Innovation Sr. Associate – UX Engineer

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

• Lead the development of user experience (UX) strategies and solutions for digital products and applications, ensuring a seamless and user-centred design.
• Collaborate closely with the UI/UX design team, product managers, and developers to define user requirements and translate them into functional and efficient user interfaces.
• Design and implement user interaction models, workflows, wireframes, and prototypes to demonstrate and validate design concepts.
• Conduct usability testing and gather user feedback to identify areas for improvement and refine the user experience.
• Work with development teams to implement front-end solutions, ensuring the feasibility of design concepts and a consistent user experience across platforms.
• Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to UX design and front-end development.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor's or master’s degree in computer science, Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
• 3-8 years of experience as a UX engineer, front-end developer, or similar role, preferably in a senior capacity.
• Proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and relevant frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js).
• Strong understanding of user-centred design principles and the ability to translate design concepts into functional user interfaces.
• Experience with responsive design and ensuring consistent experiences across different devices and platforms.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and communicate design concepts effectively.
