وصف الوظيفة:
We are looking for Administrative Assistant to perform a variety of administrative tasks.
Main Responsibilities:
•Responsible for customer relation management in the company .
• Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including phone calls and direct it to the appropriate person.
• Greet clients and visitors.
• Assisting with a variety of administrative tasks including handling and making appointments, copying, taking notes, and making travel plans.
• Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, faxes & etc…
Qualifications:
• Bsc in Business Management or any related dgree
• Proficiency in using office software such as Microsoft Office .
• 1-2 years experience in administrative roles
• Advanced English & Arabic proficiency.
• Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills.
