Access Control Manager
Job Description
Our Client
Leading MSSP based in Saudi Arabia
Your Responsibilities
- Mentor security engineers/administrators to create an environment which fosters learning and development through hands on delivery of outcomes
- Monitoring service performance against targets and deliverables
- Ensure delivery of reports (weekly, monthly, quarterly, yearly) to performance team
- Working as Manager in Access Control Operations to manage team of admins managing multiple systems like IAM, SSO, PAM, MDM, MFA
- Manage and increase the effectiveness and efficiency of Support Services, through improvements to each function as well as coordination and communication between support and business functions
- Ensuring team is maintaining systems health from availability as well as from security perspective
- Identifying missing skillset and arrange training for the team
- Managing Handover of the new systems/services from implementation teams
- Ensuring processes compliant with CS frameworks
- Ensuring SLAs are met
- Client Satisfaction KPI development
- Act as the main point of escalation for Access Control domain
Your Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, or a related field of study
- 8+ years of experience in Access Control Domain
- Strong understanding of Access Control systems and technologies like IAM, SSO, PAM, MDM, MFA
- A relevant certification such as CISM, CISSP (Preferred not mandatory)
- Excellent communication and vendor management skills
- Team Management and able to manage multiple tasks, and deliver objectives effectively
