Call Center coordinator job description:
-Answering customer calls, listening to their concerns, and solving problems and provide accurate, satisfactory answers to their queries and concerns.
-Takes calls from customers answering questions or addressing any concerns they may have.
-Handling many inbound and outbound calls to and from customers, listening to customers’ needs or issues and providing helpful solutions to their problems.
-De-escalate situations involving dissatisfied customers, offering patient assistance and support.
-Call clients and customers to inform them about the company’s new products, services, and policies.
-Providing updates and information about billing and shipping to the customers and sales representatives.
-Collaborate with sales rep professionals to improve customer service.
-Enter all sales orders received from Sales professionals on SAP on daily basis.
-Using all applications related to Sales department and reflect the data on SAP.
