وصف الوظيفة:

Al Moasron Group is looking to hire Call center and Customer Service Agent
Responsibilities:
1. Manage and answer a high volume of customer calls /inquires
2. Follow communication script while handling calls
3. Identify customer needs, clarify and provide information’s related to our products
4. Update customers information and prepare required reports
5.Address and resolve customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner
6. Collaborate with other team member to ensure a positive customer service
7. Greeting customers and providing assistant inside the showroom
8. Receiving cash from customers and drivers, issuing receipt vouchers and supplying the amount to accountants
Qualification & skills :
1. bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing or related fields
2. Minimum one year of experience as a call center agent
3. Excellent Communication skills
4.Good Computer and Microsoft skills
5.Ability to work under pressure.
6.Good in English writing & speaking
