Machinist / Mechanical Technician

REQUIREMENTS:

• Must have extensive pump, mechanical seals, valves, gear box, bearings, couplings, motors experience, stripping, repairing, assembling, and testing.
• Good knowledge of pump, couplings, bearings, gear box, repair & installations / commissioing
• Good knowledge of mechanical seals dismantling and assembly as per drawing.
• Good knowledge of lathes, milling machines, power tools and must be able to use them to complete jobs.
• Able to work at site or workshop.
• Minimum 5 years experience as a hands-on mechanical technician.
• Good fault finding ability.
• Must be a hands on person.
• Must be deadline orientated.
• Must be able to work independently and as a team.
• Comply with all Environmental, Health & Safety rules and regulations at all times.
• Communicate effectively with fellow staff members.
• Must be energetic, go getter.
• Must be physically fit and in good health.
