• Job Title: Technical Sales Engineer (Hot Melt Adhesive)
• Job Type: Temporary-to-Permanent, 3 months

Job Description:

• We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled engineering trainee to join our team on a temporary-to-permanent basis.
• The successful candidate will undergo a 3-month training period with the possibility of permanent employment afterward.
• During the training period, the trainee will learn the proper use of hot melt adhesive also the machinery and equipment, including troubleshooting procedures, and will also be responsible for assisting the sales team in meeting new clients.

Responsibilities:

• Attend training sessions to learn the proper use of hot melt adhesive
• Assist in the development of maintenance schedules and procedures for hot melt adhesive
• Provide ongoing support to clients
• Work collaboratively with the sales team to identify potential clients and develop sales strategies to reach them
• Meet with potential clients to discuss their requirements, provide product demonstrations, and negotiate sales contracts
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their ongoing satisfaction
• Work collaboratively with the team to ensure that all deadlines are met and that clients' needs are fulfilled

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
• Good knowledge of hot melt adhesive machinery and equipment is a plus
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Excellent skills of Microsoft office
• Fluency in the English Language
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience with developing training materials and delivering training sessions is preferred
• Car is a must
