Junior Affiliate Manager
Description: The junior affiliate manager is a key member of the affiliate and aggregator team that helps support our affiliates through sales and customer services related activities. The role requires someone to be client or affiliate facing, provide help with their account including setup and onboarding, billing and payments, optimization and performance improvements, quality assurance, reporting and analysis.
Responsibilities
- Serve as contributing team member for all affiliate management matters
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
- Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
- Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
- Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas
- Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts)
- Prepare reports on account status
- Collaborate with marketing team to identify and grow opportunities within territory
- Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed
- Sustaining business growth and profitability by maximizing value
- Analyzing customer data to improve customer experience
- Establish clear client retention goals
- Promote value through customer experience
- Review customer complaints and concerns and seek to improve the customer experience
- Present our company to potential clients
- Identify client needs and suggest appropriate products/services
- Customize product solutions to increase customer satisfaction
Requirements And Skills
- Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization
- Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs
- Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail
- Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques (including cold calls)
- Experience with CRM software (e.g. Salesforce)
- Familiarity with MS Excel (analyzing spreadsheets and charts)
- Understanding of sales performance metrics
