HCM Techno Functional Specialist

Accountabilities and Key Roles:

• Maintain ,support and rollout Oracle Cloud Applications (Performance Management, Learning and Recruitment).
• Design, configure, maintain and support enterprise oracle Human resource applications.
• Identify and implement work processes in oracle applications according to industry best practices.
• Build software applications using the standard tools used in the Application Development team and according to the defined standards and quality.
• Build interface code.
• Build reports using report builder and XML templates.
• Perform bulk data loading according to the standards implemented in the team.
• Perform Employee relevant training.
• Provide required support for team members.
• Successfully complete the project related tasks on time and with the needed quality.

Job Requirements:

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering from a recognized University.

Experience:

• Up to 5 years of experience in Oracle EBS HCM modules.

Competencies:

• Oracle / SQL.
• Very good English.
• MS Office proficiency.
• Very good in using development tools.
• Analytical thinking skills.
• Problem solving skills.
• Technical writing skills.
