Business Development and Management Consultant
Role and Responsibilities
• Evaluating of new business development opportunities.
• Maintain current client relationship and identifying areas for potential clients.
• Setting goals and developing plans for business and revenue growth.
• Work on multiple transactions / projects simultaneously and work under tight deadlines in a dynamic environment with minimal oversight.
• Providing direction to project leads and integrating activities with other departments to ensure successful implementation and support of project efforts
• Increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones.
• Research the latest in the business industry and creating new opportunities to expand business.
• Training staff and helping team members develop their skills.
• Developing project proposals and RFP responses together with Project Owner defining Statement of Work (in scope, out of scope, deliverables, assumptions), Commercials (pricing, timelines, and terms and conditions) as well as Work Breakdown Structures and Project Plans for prospective clients.
• Performing scoping workshops and presentations (demo, PoC, whiteboarding) with Customers.
• Strong understanding of company products or services as well as business position and competition to keep business competitive.
• Identifying appropriate strategic partners to drive various growth initiatives.
• Setting goals for the team and creating strategies to achieve those goals.
• Establish and coordinate relationship with government agencies, domestic and international parties whenever required.
• Developing project resourcing strategies, allocating budget, staff (on-site and off-shore), tools, and specialized support necessary for cost-effective implementation and successful customer roll-out.
• Responsible for the success of multiple and complex project engagements owning the
responsibility for the quality of the engagements and manages various projects in parallel autonomously, develops core work plan, structure and end-to-end analysis to find the best solution and ensure high quality outputs
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify industry trends, market dynamics, and potential investment risks or opportunities. Stay informed about regulatory changes and their potential impact on the market landscape.
• Good knowledge of the principles and practices of consulting, business development and business planning
• Excellent documentation skills.
• Experience creating detailed reports and giving presentations.
Qualifications and Education Requirements
· Fluent in English and Arabic languages
· Minimum of seven years of experience management consultancy and advisory
· Bachelor s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration from an accredited college/university
· MBA degree is a plus
· Knowledge of the MS Office Suite including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills, solid research and analytical skills, and the ability to work well both autonomously and in a team environment
