Sales and Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales and Business Development Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies that will drive business growth and increase revenue. You will also be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Tasks

  • Setting goals and developing plans for business and revenue growth
  • Researching, planning, and implementing new target market initiatives
  • Researching prospective accounts in target markets
  • Pursuing leads and moving them through the sales cycle
  • Support deal structure and pricing with business-value analysis, and negotiate prices for proactive bids and proposals
  • Developing quotes and proposals for prospective clients
  • Setting goals for the business development team and developing strategies to meet those goals
  • Training business development staff
  • Attending conferences and industry events
  • Increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones.
  • Develop a strong understanding of company products or services as well as business position and competition to keep the business competitive.

Requirements

  • Based in Palestine.
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in Business Development / Sales in IT, software, or telecommunications field.
  • Successful track record in B2B sales and negotiation.
  • 2 years of experience in team leading position.
  • Experience with CRM software (ex: Hubspot)
  • Ability to deliver presentations
  • Excellent leadership skills.
  • Excellent negotiation skills.
