About the job

As a Project Manager, your responsibilities will include delivering all projects on time within a specific period of time and scope. The Project Manager will be responsible to deliver the project(s) that span across one or more business units. Manage resources, schedules, issues, risks, and project change requests to ensure successful and on-time project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Manage project implementation activities throughout the entire project life cycle and within the PMO framework.
• Develop and maintain project proposals, charters; scope documents, budgets, schedules, and project plans.
• Manage, track, and monitor project day-to-day activities to ensure that deliverables are completed as scheduled, on time, and within budget.
• Control project scope, schedule, and budget to ensure that it meets business as well as stakeholder needs.
• Identify and resolve project issues and risks promptly.
• Ensure that any deviations are immediately addressed and the needed corrective actions are taken.
• Monitor, in coordination with the QA, the quality of work being performed.
• Maintain and update project documentation and data repositories.
• Update management and stakeholders on project statuses, milestones, key issues, risks, and action items promptly.
• Serve as the focal point of contact for management, stakeholders, sponsors, and the project team.
• Maintain proper and effective communication channels with all of the stakeholders.
• Define clear project acceptance criteria and ensure that projects delivered meet stakeholders’ needs and expectations.
• Manage projects related procurements when needed per the project.
• Maintain and update the PMO framework and templates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in MIS or Computer Science or in a related field
• +8 years of experience
• Project Manager Certification PMP is preferred
• Previous experience in e-payment solutions is preferable
• Strong quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving abilities, including the ability to turn data and insights into readable facts
