Job Summary / patient Care Technician:

The patient Care Technician assists in providing activities of daily living and comfort measures for the assigned patients under the direction of the Staff Nurse. This includes taking vital signs, making beds, assisting the RN in performing procedures, taking fluid samples or other specimens for testing. Assist nursing staff in administering basic treatments perform basic nursing procedures; other duties will be assigned within their knowledge and capabilities.

Requirements:

Education and Licensure:

Bachelor's degree in Science (biology, chemistry, Microbiology and other Science specialties.
One (1) year Patient Care Technician Program from SCHS. Education Mandatory.
Valid professional license to practice the specialty from Saudi Commission for and Health Specialties. Licensure.
Current valid certification of Basic Life Support or obtaining that within 6 months of commencement of employment.

Professional Experience:

Fresh Graduate.

Specialized Knowledge & Skills:

Flexible and Adaptable.
Personable and Energetic.
Positive towards Change.
English language Capability.
