About The Role Hi all! We are looking for a People Success Specialist to join our People team, in Amman branch, to help new employees adjust well to our work environment. As a People Success Specialist, you will are expected to empower our colleagues in Jordan- 40+ people – as well as Kuwait team 20+, and facilitate the day-to-day work life. You will take care of new colleagues onboarding, and provide support during their entire lifecycle, including managing as benefits execution, data integrity and HRIS, office and tools, travel requests, payroll and more!
