Operations Associate

Data Entry duties & responsibilities:

Enter the data in the portal with minimum errors.

Validate the provided documentation and information.

Maintains operations by following policies and procedures and reporting needed changes.

Maintains candidate’s confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential.

Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Verifies entered customer and account data by reviewing, correcting, deleting, or reentering data.

Follow the client criteria for DE and Validation.

Meet the daily and monthly targets and achieve the KPI’s.

Company policies should be followed in accordance with Employee Handbook.

Reports Writing duties & responsibilities:

Build the reports by validating vendors results and preparing the final reports.

Monitor the errors done by the validation and/or DE team.

Respond on any team and management queries.

Collect the data from vendors reports and send it to in-house team.

Meet the daily and monthly targets and achieve the KPI’s.

Follow the client criteria.

Company policies should be followed in accordance with Employee Handbook.

Vendor Management duties & responsibilities:

Develop and sustain long-standing relationship with company-approved vendors.

Conduct research on available vendors to determine which vendors offer the best pricing and quality.

Implement vendor selection programs to ensure that the best vendors are secured.

Evaluate current vendor management programs and identifying ways to improve them.

Identify and implement continuously enhance efficiencies associated with vendor management plus produce fulfilment.

Provided technical support to the clients and vendor management.

Analyzed vendor management programs and identified continuous improvement processes.

Company policies should be followed in accordance with Employee Handbook.

Quality Control duties & responsibilities:

Perform regular quality assessments on all incoming reports with no errors from the other teams.

Recommended improvements to the production process to ensure quality control.

Meet the daily and monthly targets and achieve the KPI’s.

Follow the client criteria.
