Head of Cards
Flow Talent is working with a leading bank who are recruiting a Head of Cards to be based in Jordan.

Key aspects of the role include:
- Develop and implement strategic plans aligning with the overall business objectives.
- Lead and oversee change management initiatives related to Cards products, services, and processes.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify potential areas for improvement, implement changes, and monitor effectiveness.
- Provide high technical advisor level to ensure efficient utilisation of resources, and integration of technology to enhance services and meet digital payment needs.
- Guide, coach, and support staff to maximize their performance and achieve goals.
- Comply with all central banks and regulatory authorities across all countries.
- Manage relationships with vendors ensuring service level agreements are met.
- Stay updated with industry trends, new technologies, and best practices to drive innovation and continuous improvement.
To be successful you will need to meet the following:
- Proven experience in a similar role within Banking/Financial Services/ IT in the MENA Region. GCC experience is a plus.
- Technical expertise in IT infrastructure, card processing systems, and payment technologies.
- Knowledge of new technologies/products affecting the banking industry and economies.
- Demonstrated success in leading change management initiatives and driving operational excellence.
