What This Job Involves
- Manage content distribution across all platforms, including Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, and other social media platforms
- Create and maintain a content calendar that schedules all aspects of content delivery and ideas
- Able to create Email marketing campaigns through Mailchimp
- Working with a designer for social media posts according to the content calendar
- Analyse and report on the performance of the content on different platforms weekly
- Assist in planning and posting stories on the platforms
- Assist in organising the Lives on social media platforms like Instagram (Instagram Live, Facebook Live)
- Assist in planning and creating short video content (e.g. YouTube Shorts, Reels, TikTok)
- Able to prioritize and manage multiple project deadlines simultaneously
- Adhere to strict deadlines and able to work under pressure
- Seek solutions for issues that arise during projects and propose improvements to the process
- Maintain communication and interactions among internal team members and external resources to resolve issues and queries
- Stay up-to-date with social media trends, potential new channels and strategies to keep us ahead
- Self-sufficient and reliable, with ability and willingness to learn new tools

- Events experience is a plus
- Graphic design and video editing are a plus
