Project Manager Consultant – Learn to Lead Fund

POSITION SUMMARY:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager Consultant to oversee, execute, and actively contribute to the development and execution of the action plan for the Learn to Lead Fund.

The Project Manager Consultant will play a pivotal role in driving the successful implementation of the Fund's initiatives, working closely with stakeholders to develop a comprehensive action plan and ensuring its effective execution.

The Project Manager Consultant should have a strong background in project management, with expertise in developing and executing action plans for educational or youth empowerment programs.

This role requires strategic thinking, coordination, and execution skills to achieve the desired outcomes of the Learn to Lead Fund.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to develop a comprehensive action plan for the Learn to Lead Fund, outlining clear objectives, strategies, timelines, and resource requirements.
  • Work closely with internal and external partners to identify key program components, activities, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with the Fund's goals and objectives.
  • Oversee the execution of the action plan, ensuring that activities are implemented according to schedule, budget, and quality standards.
  • Coordinate and engage with relevant entities, such as Taawon members, educational institutions, and industry partners, to facilitate the successful execution of the action plan.
  • Monitor the progress of the Learn to Lead Fund activities, tracking milestones and deliverables, and proactively addressing any deviations or obstacles to ensure timely achievement of goals.
  • Collaborate with the project team to provide guidance and support in implementing the action plan, fostering a culture of collaboration and accountability.
  • Conduct regular assessments and evaluations of program performance, collecting data and feedback to measure impact and identify areas for improvement.
  • Prepare comprehensive reports on the implementation and outcomes of the action plan, highlighting successes, challenges, and recommendations for future enhancements.
  • Proactively identify opportunities for innovation and improvement in program design and execution, integrating best practices and lessons learned.
  • Stay updated on emerging trends, research, and best practices in youth development, lifelong learning, and project management, applying relevant insights to enhance the effectiveness of the action plan.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field.
  • Proven experience in project management, particularly in developing and executing action plans for complex initiatives focused on youth empowerment, education, skills development, or similar domains.
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex situations, develop actionable plans, and adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and collaborate with diverse stakeholders, including Taawon members, educational institutions, and industry partners.
  • Strong organizational and coordination abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and priorities in a dynamic environment.
  • Knowledge of the Palestinian labor market and its dynamics is preferred.
