Sales Manager

Job description

We are looking to onboard a Sales Manager with profound experience/knowledge for generating and driving sales leads, contacts, and sales opportunities. The ideal fit for this role will be evaluated by assessing the candidate’s passion for technology sales, and appetite to pursue and close new business using networking, cold calls, and various sales activities. The Sales Manager will also be responsible to identify potential business partners and build strategies for the overall development of the business.

Job Description

1. Research potential business opportunities; generate and pursue leads until business fulfillment.

2. Identify market demand, and conceive and present the best and ideal product/service offered by the company.

3. Identify clients and key decision-makers through professional and personal networking channels.

4. Develops and implement strategic sales plans and growth strategies

5. Responsible for sales, marketing, and promotion strategies and plans for key accounts, distributors, and major accounts and accountable for regional sales revenue, gross margin, promotion, marketing, and selling

6. Visit/manage the visitation of allocated accounts and/or new clients regularly to promote and sell products and services in the most cost-effective and efficient way.

7. Constantly re-engage with the client, ensure client satisfaction and explore avenues for business expansion.

8. Master the market by analyzing and understanding competition, and trends and by defining distinctive sales strategies to stay ahead of the competition.

9. Work alongside the technical team and learn technology trends, and forecasts and offer business insights to the technical team, and ensure the company’s deliverables are meeting and exceeding market demands.

10. Effectively Harness Upselling and Cross-selling opportunities to amplify sales volume.

11. Ensure achievement of Sales Targets and continuously set higher benchmarks.

12. Periodical Filing of Sales Reports.

13. Proactive contribution to defining business development strategies and roadmaps.

Requisites

1. Qualification: Bachelor’s / Master’s Degree in Business, Engineering, or or Sales & Marketing, with strong capabilities of Sales and Business Development in a Technology Firm / Software Business.

2. Experience: 5-10 Years of Experience in similar roles in the Middle East market with a Good Network of IT Managers, CIOs, Marketing Managers, CMOs, & Procurement Heads.

3. Communication Skills – Excellent Verbal and Written English & Arabic.

4. Soft Skills: Problem-Solving, Conflict Management, Decisive yet always pleasant, Self-propelling and result-oriented yet natural team player, Relationship minded with Business on top of the agenda, Open and honest with a positive and solution-oriented attitude, Service minded and customer-driven

5. Willingness to Travel Locally and Internationally.
