Chain Reaction is looking for a Social Media Community Manager to join our expanding team in Jordan's Branch

Role Description:

The Community Manager is the one who communicates with the followers of our clients' pages on social media, responds to queries, and monitors customers' complaints while ensuring timely responses to all comments and messages. They're also responsible for creating reports that clearly show the weekly/monthly performance of the pages.

Responsibilities:

  • Set, plan, and implement community management FAQs on social media channels
  • Respond to customers in a timely manner
  • Monitor, track, and report on feedback, sentiment, and messages
  • Coordinate with social media executives and managers to give followers the best experience on clients’ social media accounts
  • Stay up-to-date with social media updates and trends.
  • Provide engaging text, image, and video content for all social media accounts
  • Create reports that explain community needs and activity

Skills:

  • BSc degree in Marketing or relevant field
  • Proven work experience as a community manager or similar role
  • Excellent verbal communication skills in Arabic and English
  • Excellent writing skills in Arabic and English
  • Hands-on experience and in-depth understanding of social media platforms and tools
  • Excellent interpersonal and presentations skills
  • Attention to detail, critical thinker, and problem-solver with a professional attitude.
  • Has great interest in Marketing, Digital Marketing, E-Marketing, or relevant fields.
