tebcan.com a leading company working in digital health is looking to recruit a “Medical Call Center Agent”.
We are seeking a qualified candidate a to join our medical network. He / She will be responsible for following up with patients who are interested in booking medical appointments and surgeries with specialized doctors in our network.
Responsibilities
· Book patient appointments / medical surgeries with doctors in the network.
· Answer questions patients may have about the booking process, surgical procedures, and post-operative care.
· Gather medical surgeries price details from doctors in the network.
· Follow up with patients to ensure they have all the necessary information and reports in details, before undergoing any medical procedure.
· Handle patient complaints and medical cases.
· Keep accurate records of patient interactions and surgery bookings in an information sheet.
· Collaborate with other departments to ensure the best patient experience.
· Stay up-to-date on changes in the medical network and new doctors joining the network.
· Provide online medical consultation to Tebcan patients.
· Develop medical surgeries to information sheets.
· Accomplish any task required by direct manager when needed.
Qualifications
· Must be Amman resident.
· Ability to work in different time shifts including weekends and holidays.
· Holds a general medical degree, bachelor's degree in nursing or any medical field.
· Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
· Fresh graduate or 1 year experience in the same field.
· Presentable and able to communicate effectively with patients.
· Familiarity with medical terminology.
· Good computer skills.
· Active listening.
