Main Responsibilities

• Launch monthly lead campaigns and monitor them to ensure they are performing effectively.
• Create monthly SM assets for Facebook and Instagram ensuring that they abide by brand guidelines.
• Launch sporadic awareness campaigns to improve and increase brand positioning and market share.
• Share monthly reports with the Leadership Team to include (lead campaign results, awareness campaign reach, and additional MarCom initiatives done)
• Execute PR campaigns in line with the major milestones.
• Manage and adjust the Marketing budget on a quarterly basis.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, finance, business administration, or similar.
• Fluency in Arabic and English.
• 2-5 years of previous experience in Marketing.
• Extensive knowledge of marketing strategies, channels, and branding.
• Superb leadership, communication, and collaboration abilities.
• Ability to run data analysis on marketing campaigns.
• Ability to work well in a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Entrepreneurial mindset, with a proactive and “can-do” attitude.
• Previous experience working on financial products.
• Self-starter.
