Sales Account Manager

Progressive Generation® Studios, a leading Animation studio, is thrilled to extend to talented sales professionals to join our extraordinary team. We are dedicated to creating exceptional content and are seeking individuals who share our passion for collaborating with us.

The applicant must be based in Amman.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Developing and sustaining long-lasting relationships with customers.
  • Calling potential customers to explain company products and encourage purchases.
  • Answered customers' questions and escalated complex issues to the relevant departments as needed.
  • Developing in-depth knowledge of company products.
  • Maintaining an accurate record of all sales, scheduled customer appointments, and complaints.
  • Collaborating with the marketing department ensures the company reaches its target audience.
  • Informing product developers of possible improvements and changes to ensure company products meet current market needs.
  • Preparing cost-benefit analyses for prospective and existing customers to determine the most suitable purchase options.
  • Analyzing competitors' products to determine product features, benefits, shortfalls, and market success.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, or any related field.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills in Arabic and English.
  • Strong data analysis and reporting skills.
  • Must have a Car.
