Job Overview:

As the Sales Manager at Numan Halls, you will play a critical role in achieving sales targets and expanding our market presence. Your responsibilities will encompass leading and motivating the sales team, fostering a culture of success, and driving revenue growth in both BtoC and BtoB sales segments.

Responsibilities:

1. Sales Team Leadership: Lead, coach, and mentor the sales team to perform at their best, providing guidance and support to help them achieve individual and team sales targets.

2. Training and Development: Develop training programs to enhance the team's selling skills, product knowledge, and customer engagement techniques.

3. Market Understanding: Stay informed about market trends, customer needs, and competitors' activities to make data-driven decisions and suggest strategic initiatives.

4. Product Development: Collaborate with the management team to identify opportunities for new product offerings and services, ensuring Numan Halls remains at the forefront of innovation.

5. BtoB Sales Development: Proactively approach businesses for events and conferences halls renting services, developing strong BtoB relationships and expanding our corporate clientele.

6. Deal Support: Assist the sales team in complex deal closures, negotiations, and handling key accounts, ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction.

7. Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze sales team performance, providing regular reports to the General Manager and CEO on sales metrics, achievements, and areas for improvement.

8. Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies aligned with company objectives to maximize revenue and market share.

9. Budget Management: Work in collaboration with the finance team to set and manage sales budgets, ensuring cost-effective sales operations.

10. Team Collaboration: Foster collaboration between sales, marketing, and operations teams to create a seamless customer experience and enhance overall organizational efficiency.

11. Sales Forecasting: Collaborate with the sales team to create accurate sales forecasts, providing insights for strategic planning and resource allocation.

12. Customer Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction, and seeking opportunities for repeat business and referrals with business clients.

13. Marketing Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to align sales strategies with marketing campaigns, ensuring a cohesive approach to lead generation and brand promotion.

14. Sales Training Implementation: Oversee the implementation of training programs, workshops, and seminars to continuously enhance the skills and knowledge of the sales team.

15. Business Expansion Initiatives: Identify new market segments and potential business expansion opportunities, presenting recommendations to senior management.

Requirements:

● Proven experience as a Sales Manager in the wedding halls, events, banqueting or hospitality industry.

● Strong leadership skills with a track record of leading and developing high- performing sales teams.

● In-depth knowledge of the wedding halls market, event planning, and BtoB sales strategies.

● Excellent sales,communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.

● Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions.

● Results-oriented with a passion for achieving and exceeding sales targets.

● Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or a related field (preferred).
