Rental Agent – Budget Rent a Car

Job Summary:

Greet customers, answer question about cars, services and help them with any issues that may arise during their rental period.

Responsibility Areas:

• Processing customers reservations.
• Communicating with customers and answer their questions about prices, vehicles performance and which vehicles are available.
• Explaining insurance coverage, including deductible requirements and optional coverage available for an additional fee.
• Helping customers choose a vehicle that meets their needs, based on specific factors.
• Complete paperwork, update records on system & make the payments.
• Contracts management (opening, closing)
• Check cars readiness for reservations
• Prepare Shift handover and provide the management with any needed reports.

Requirements:

• 1-5 years of experience in retail sales.
• Fluent in English
• Shifts applies for the position
• Good MS office skills
