Projects Manager
Description:
To lead, manage, and supervise all company's projects from the tendering phase till the handover phase.
Duties:
1. Lead and develop the engineering team to be able to provide technical and logistical support for on-site projects' teams
2. Lead and utilize resources to conduct projects' activities to achieve projects' goals and company's mission
3. Follow up with clients to ensure fulfillment of their requirements and achieve clients' satisfaction
4. Conduct site visits to analyze new opportunities and the smooth operations of ongoing projects
5. Develop Project Documentations and provide weekly and monthly reports
6. Apply for new projects and opportunities to meet financial targets of the company
Requirements:
1. Bachelor Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
2. Holds a Certification of Project Management Professional (PMP) from PMI Institute.
3. Proven record of working in a managerial position in a contracting firm.
4. Proven track record of not less than 10 years of experience in infrastructural, industrial, and commercial projects.
5. Comprehensive understanding of Contracting workflow, processes, machinery, FIDIC contracts, and customer relations .
6. Solid command in both Arabic and English Language.
