During your tenure a Data analytics member, your responsibilities will involve:
- Independently overseeing projects and managing the team members. Ensure the work is conducted with high quality standards and minimal supervision. Most of these projects would involve understanding and analyzing core business processes and workflows
- Work closely with clients and the business to identify and analyze core business processes and workflows
- Build advanced process bionics analyses and dashboards from scratch and customize existing ones based on customer requirements
- Identify business problems and align to the pain areas through continuous monitoring and improvement projects
- Assist in managing the financial aspects of engagements by organizing staffing, tracking fees, and communicating issues to project leaders. Also contribute to operational efficiency on projects and internal initiatives which would help the practice grow.
- Updating the knowledge base through research on sector & solution focused best practices, relevant local and international laws & guidelines, etc.
- Contributing to business development activities.
- Participating and leading in client meetings
- Drafting engagement deliverables/reports and subsequent presentation to client management and/or executive.
- Coaching and mentoring less experienced staff in the Forensic team especially with reference to Data Analytics and Process Bionics, with a focus on transfer of knowledge and upskilling team members

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field such as accounting & finance, computer science, economics, mathematics, etc.
- Experience in process bionics tools (Celonis, Software AG, MPM, SAP Signavio, UiPath etc.) with certification as well as exposure to ERP and CRM systems
- 6+ years of relevant data analytics and process bionics experience in Big4 / other consulting firms
- Candidates having previous consulting experience and managing a team on process bionics and data analytics projects is preferred.
- Advanced user knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio) SQL and Python
