Dealers Direct Sales Senior Officer

Job Brief:

Responsible for managing direct dealers' sales (fiber, FDD, TDD Sales, 5G) through dealers' direct sales channel “SDs, Social media, Direct sales team” and to ensure achieving the assigned KPIs to this function.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the performance of dealers and their teams and set plan to achieve the target for all products assigned to dealers direct sales function (fiber, TDD, FDD,5G)
• Validate the commission calculation for the dealers and ensure alignment with the agreed on SLA
• Manage Dealers Stock of FDD & TDD&5G on daily/weekly basis and all related reconciliation and logistics process related to it.
• Ensure Dealers monthly Sales Contracts to be delivered on time.
• Follow up on training the dealers team to ensure full knowledge of Umniah’s products, services and sales skills,…etc.
• Ensure high quality of sales and after sales service provided by the team and the dealers
• Coordinate with the product owners, the finance, and all stakeholders regarding offers and competitors’ movements and set the needed action plans
• Solve all customer cases related to dealers direct sales team
