Enterprise Applications Manager / Senior Manager
Job Brief:
As an ERP Manager, the role is crucial in effectively managing the ERP system, ensuring it aligns with business objectives, supports operational efficiency, and enables data-driven decision-making across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
1. ERP System Management: Taking ownership of the ERP system and its components, including modules for finance, supply chain, human resources, and other functional areas. You will ensure the system is properly configured, maintained, and aligned with business requirements.
2. Implementation and Upgrades: Leading ERP migration projects to the cloud and later system upgrades, collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables. You will oversee the planning, execution, and testing of system changes to ensure smooth transitions.
3. Business Process Analysis: Working closely with department heads and end-users to analyze existing business processes, identify gaps, and propose ERP-driven process improvements. You will ensure that the ERP system optimizes efficiency, supports data-driven decision-making, and aligns with industry best practices.
4. System Integration: Coordinating with IT teams and external vendors to integrate the ERP system with other enterprise applications, such as CRM, e-commerce platforms, and business intelligence tools. You will ensure data flows seamlessly across systems and enable effective information exchange.
5. User Training and Support: Developing training programs and materials to educate users on ERP system functionality, ensuring they can effectively utilize its features.
