• At least 3 years experience in the field of Sales or Sales Management
• Age: 26-40 years
• Excellent communication and social skills;
• Excellent presentation skills
• A proven previous record of success with sales experience
• Entrepreneurial spirit and a “can-do” attitude.
• High Achievement Drive and goal/results oriented

Job description:

• Recruit, Train and develop a team in the financial/ insurance Planning industry.
• Provide Field support to team members on regular basis.
• Performance management and mentoring of supervised consultants.
• Grow a team of 6-10 consultants in Lebanon to ultimately become a branch head.
