Senior Data Analyst – HRIS
Job Scope:
The People Analytics Specialist is responsible for providing data-driven insights to inform HR and organizational strategies. The specialist will utilize HR data to identify trends, patterns, and insights, ultimately helping the organization make evidence-based decisions.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Collect, analyze, and interpret HR data across various areas such as recruitment, retention, performance, and engagement.
- Develop and maintain HR metrics dashboard, presenting data in a concise and meaningful way.
- Work with HR and business leaders to identify key people trends and predictive insights.
- Provide data-driven recommendations to support decision-making in HR and overall business strategy.
- Ensure data integrity by implementing quality checks and processes.
- Collaborate with HR and IT teams to improve data systems, processes, and automation.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and innovations in people analytics.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or HR, Business, IT, Statistics, or a related field. Master's degree or relevant certifications in Analytics are a plus.
- 5-8 years of experience in HR analytics, business intelligence, or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of HR processes and data.
- Expertise in data analysis and visualization tools.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
