Business Development Officer

NuMetric | Accounting Technology, an innovative provider of next-generation cloud-based accounting solutions, seeks a highly motivated, results-driven Business Development Officer to join our growing team in Amman, Jordan. This is an exciting opportunity for a talented professional to contribute to our expansion and growth within the Middle East.

Primary Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement growth strategies in alignment with NuMetric's objectives.

2. Identify new market opportunities and build relationships with potential clients, stakeholders, and partners.

3. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform business decisions.

4. Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop and implement lead generation strategies.

5. Attend networking events, conferences, and meetings to represent NuMetric and build brand awareness.

6. Work closely with our product and support teams to effectively communicate client needs and feedback.

Qualifications:

1. A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA preferred.

2. Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role.

3. Excellent understanding of the accounting software industry and the specific market dynamics in Jordan.

4. Familiarity with the Middle East's regulatory requirements for e-invoicing and accounting.

5. Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.

6. Proficient in English and Arabic languages.
