Duties and Responsibilities
- Develop and implement social media marketing strategies to achieve the company's goals and objectives.
- Manage and maintain social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn) and ensure consistent brand messaging and voice across all channels.
- Create engaging and relevant content, including text, image, and video-based, to be shared on social media platforms.
- Monitor and analyze social media trends, user behavior, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and recommend adjustments to the social media strategy.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and content, to ensure social media efforts align with overall marketing campaigns.
- Monitor key metrics and prepare regular reports on the performance of social media campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in social media marketing.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in e-marketing or social media or digital marketing or mass communications or marketing or any related major.
- At least 5 years of solid professional experience in the field.
- In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, their features, and best practices.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create compelling and engaging content.
- Proficiency in using social media management tools and analytics platforms.
- Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and develop innovative social media campaigns.
- Excellent organizational and attention to details skills to effectively manage multiple social media platforms and campaigns simultaneously.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of SEO, digital marketing, and online advertising is a plus.
- Very Good Spoken and written English and Arabic languages.
