Purchasing Manager
A Procurement Manager is required to work at a leading factory in Amman. The candidate should be responsible for the following tasks and responsibilities:
- Developing and implementing procurement strategies to meet the company's needs.
- Managing the procurement process, including identifying potential suppliers, evaluating them, and making selections.
- Negotiating with suppliers to obtain the best offers and commercial terms.
- Ensuring compliance with quality standards, scheduling, and achieving cost-saving objectives.
- Managing and guiding the procurement team and supporting their development.
Required qualifications include:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement management, preferably in a related sector.
- Strong negotiation and effective communication skills.
- Ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions.
- Broad knowledge of procurement management systems and best practices.
- Experience in the food sector.
