Job Title: Full-time Designer

Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Full-time Designer to join our agency's digital team. As a designer, you will collaborate closely with the digital team to develop, implement, and deliver marketing, advertising, and social media design materials, as well as corporate brand and communication tools. You will play a key role in generating creative design ideas and developing visual communication concepts.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

• Design and develop multimedia-based layouts, graphics, or content for clients' use in presentations, video productions, multimedia programs, websites, and other electronic media.
• Collaborate with clients and project teams to review and recommend design options and functionality.
• Develop layout designs and concepts, select and secure appropriate illustrative materials, and create engaging animations using After Effects.
• Create visual representations of concepts and ideas.
• Establish clear content structure and categorization.
• Translate business needs, business requirements, and technical capabilities into visually exciting, audience-centered, and emotionally engaging designs.
• Identify problems and execute effective solutions.

Requirements:

• BA/BFA in Design or strong portfolios showcasing your creative thinking process as well as visually compelling, practical, and emotionally engaging design work.
• 3 to 5 years of relevant experience.
• Fluency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop).
• Strong time management and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.
• Keen ability to take criticism and incorporate feedback to improve designs.
• Positive and enthusiastic attitude to pursue atypical ideas that inspire action.
• Strong presentation skills and the ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
• Strong design style and "solution" driven creative skills, with a flair for art direction and animation.
