Business Development Manager

TheraBest center is seeking a permanent full-time Business Development Manager.

Our aim is to assist clients in achieving their health goals by providing outstanding patient care. We are looking for an ambitious and motivated team player who is able to work in a high paced environment, multi-task, and aspire to fulfill job goals.

Business Development Manager (Male / Female)

Full time / Sat – Thu (10am – 6pm)

Amman- Jordan / west Amman mainly

Salary plus ration, discussion after the interview

Job requirements:

Ø Bachelor degree in physical therapy (preferred) or within the medical field.

Ø Excellent medical background.

Ø Have 1-5 years’ experience in medical sales (preferred) or marketing.

Ø Passionate, Creative and Initiative.

Ø Great written, verbal, and communication skills.

Ø Have outstanding interpersonal skills.

Ø Excellent presentation.

Ø Have a driving license and a car. (preferred)

Ø Good IT skills.

Ø Good Project management, decision-making and organizational skills.

Ø Strategic and analytical thinking skills.

Ø Ability to write reports.

Ø Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.

Job duties include:

· Driving Business growth within TheraBest.

· Developing, implementing and managing business development plans and strategies

· Developing and implementing sales plans and strategies.

· Developing and managing marketing plans with the specialists.

· Identifying market opportunities through meetings, networking and other channels.

· Meeting existing and potential clients and building positive relationships.

· Attending events such as exhibitions and conferences.

· Preparing sales presentations and deliver sales meetings

· Producing reports for management team.

· Building business development team and partnerships as needed.

· Capture and analyze the appropriate business data/metrics to measure the success of every campaign, then use that information to refine future campaigns

· Read, Learn and Improve self-knowledge in your field.
