General Manager

An Agricultural company in China is looking to hire a qualified General Manager:

Duties & Responsibilities:

·Develop the company strategic and operational plans to ensure steady and continual growth of the company.

·Conduct the risk analysis of assigned operations and manage it in collaboration with the company staff.

·Organize and control all operations in a manner which effectively delivers plans and business outcomes.

·Ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction by conducting regular visits to the customers’ premises.

·Develop and oversee the annual operating budget and manage expenses in compliance with the annual budget.

Required Competencies

· Well-articulated people management skills, a strong leader and team player

· Sales and Marketing skills

· Leading and managing multiple business functions

·English, Chinese language is a must

Job requirements

· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Agriculture Science

· Relevant experience (at least 7 years) in leadership role.
