Training and Development Officer

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and implement comprehensive training programs and initiatives aligned with organizational objectives.
  • Conduct engaging and interactive training sessions for employees at various levels.
  • Deliver both in-person and virtual training sessions, ensuring content is effectively communicated and understood by participants.
  • Analyze training feedback and evaluation results to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for program enhancement.
  • Research and recommend new training methodologies, tools, and technologies to enhance learning experiences.
  • Build strong relationships with employees at all levels to understand their training requirements and provide ongoing support.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning platforms.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical skills.
