Support Manager
Requirements:
Confident PC user
knowledge of MS Office package‚
Internet experience (browsers, skype, instant messengers, etc.),
Experience in communicating with clients, good diction,
Competent speech,
Education not lower than average,
Stress resistance, customer focus,
Purposefulness.
Mandatory requirement: knowledge of English (spoken, written)
Responsibilities:
Providing full consulting support on services and products offered by the company,
Conducting telephone conversations and business correspondence (incoming and outgoing communications),
Work with clients through instant messengers and chats,
Ensuring coordination with the back office to resolve technical issues and other issues related to customer service,
Providing feedback between the client and the company, handling complaints,
Tracking requests through specialized software tools,
Preparation of daily and monthly reports,
Compliance with the technical regulations and established rules in the company,
Constant self-training in skills and knowledge in the field of technical support for customers.
Able to work with relevant software and willing to perform other assigned tasks related to the work
