NSS & Core Network Operations Supervisor

Job Brief:

Responsible for handling and integrating Network Switching System (NSS) both packet switching and circuit switching elements and handling all expansions and new solutions to meet KPIs to ensure that voice and data services provided to customers are both continuous and reliable and matches Umniah’s standards and KPIs.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in building and updating NSS network design and topology
• Build and update network entities setup and flow diagrams and topologies
• Review database of all NSS elements
• Suggest new solutions to support other divisions core network related requirements
• Modify operation and maintenance procedures to enhance service reliability
• Provide second-level technical support for NSS services
• Manage the NSS operational activities
• Prepare and analyze NSS KPIs and commit to NSS SLA’s
• Participate in a 24×7 call-out rotation (on call for emergencies)
• Participate in network RFP and RFI
• Responsibility of network operations OPEX
• Manager vendors agreements and SLAs proof of delivery
