The Role will be managing an online digital company and will be responsible for overseeing the overall operations, strategic direction, and performance of Be You company in addition this role is mainly responsible for developing Sales and Marketing strategy.

Responsibilities

Leadership and Strategic Planning

  • Establish and develop company operations by setting policies and processes to facilitate business operation.
  • Lead Digital company to achieve its vision mission and targets.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans, setting long-term objectives and strategies for growth and profitability.
  • Make critical decisions that drive the company's overall direction and ensure its success.
  • Create SOP’s to facilitate business processes
  • Managing the company’s ongoing projects, products, and services (such as courses, retreats, launches, healing products, etc)
  • Monitor and optimize operational processes to improve efficiency, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
  • Identify new business opportunities and lead business development efforts to expand the company's market presence and increase revenue.
  • Applying the EOS system (Entrepreneurial operating system) across all company division (you will be receiving training on the EOS system, and work hand by hand with the EOS facilitator)
  • Oversee the company’s financial performance.

Sales and Marketing

  • Develop and execute Sales and marketing strategy for one to two years horizon while executing the business operations assigned.
  • Develop new sales channels and generate more business through digital platforms.

Organizational & Team Management

  • Lead remote teams, that contains full time employees and outsourced freelancers.
  • Create a structure that serves “Be you” vision and enable the organization to achieve its vision and mission.
  • Set clear KPI’s for different functions to monitor performance.
  • Set performance objectives and cascade those objectives to the team ensuring alignment and consistency.
  • Set ways of working between different functions.
  • Lead and manage cross functional accountabilities with the ability to manage different functions while ensuring different functions are working in synergy and harmony.
  • Provide guidance, support, and mentorship to employees, promoting a positive work culture and fostering employee engagement.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Marketing and Sales.
  • Well versed in using social media platforms and with good understanding for managing digital company.
  • Agility and growth mindset.
  • Excellent strategic thinking, planning, organization skills and communication skills.
  • Leadership skills managing and coaching teams remotely. And managing different functions
  • Financial literacy.
  • Project management skills.
  • Detailed oriented.
