Job Details:

We are looking for Highly Talented Team Member to join the team. CRM Officer will be responsible for providing and retaining best possible customer service. He/she is expected to go extra mile when it comes to customer satisfaction also to create a phenomenal customer experience according to Abu Khader Standards.

Qualifications:

B.Sc. in Business Administration, Marketing or any related field.

0-2 years related experience in Automotive field.

Skills and Competencies:

Good Command of English and Arabic- Written and Spoken.

Strong organizational and prioritization and analytical skills.

Strong computer skills and proficiency with MS products.

Has remarkable verbal and written communication and presentation skills.

Punctual and attentive.

Can manage time efficiently and effectively, and able to work under pressure.
