Indirect Sales Team Leader

Position Overview:

We seek a highly motivated and experienced Sales Team Leader to oversee a tertiary and manage a team of sales representatives across multiple stores. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing the sales team, and maintaining solid relationships with retailers. The ideal candidate should possess excellent leadership skills, exceptional sales expertise, and the ability to effectively communicate and present information. Proficiency in English, advanced Excel skills, and a minimum of 3 years of experience in sales and team management are required.

Responsibilities:

1. Sales Team Leadership:

  • Lead and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets and objectives.
  • Provide coaching, guidance, and professional development opportunities to team members.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative team environment.

2. Sales Strategy and Planning:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies, plans, and initiatives to drive sales growth and increase market share.
  • Analyze market trends and competition to identify new sales opportunities.
  • Monitor performance and provide regular reports to the management team.

3. Retailer Management:

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with retailers, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
  • Work closely with retailers to understand their needs, address any issues, and negotiate contracts and agreements.
  • Monitor retailer performance and provide recommendations for improvement.

4. Team Performance Analysis:

  • Track and analyze team performance metrics, such as sales volume, conversion rates, and customer satisfaction.
  • Identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance team performance and productivity.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales and team management.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent leadership and team-building skills.
  • Strong negotiation and communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
  • Basic/Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for data analysis and presentations.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Having car and driving license is a plus.
